This Data Protection Notice explains how Liga collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our app. Liga is designed as a personal dance practice tracking and reflection tool. It helps you record practice sessions, view your history, track progress, and manage in-app coins. This notice applies to information collected through the app, related features, support interactions, and any app settings or consent flows.
By using Liga, you acknowledge that some information is stored locally on your device and some data may be processed by our internal servers to support app functionality. We do not use your information for advertising, do not sell it, and do not allow third parties to use your content for their own purposes.
Liga does not perform facial recognition, biometric identification, face mapping, face template creation, or any similar biometric analysis. If you choose to add a practice photo, it is treated as a private session attachment only. We do not extract facial features, infer identity, or use photos for biometric processing.
Any uploaded or attached image is used only for the limited purpose of displaying it back to you as part of your personal practice record. Where temporary processing is required, such data is deleted after processing is completed.
Depending on your location and the infrastructure used to operate Liga, your information may be processed or stored in different countries or regions. This may occur when our internal servers or limited infrastructure providers are located outside your home jurisdiction.
When such transfers occur, we take steps to protect your information through technical and contractual safeguards and require service providers to process data only on our instructions and for no other purpose.

Any AI-related processing used by Liga is performed exclusively on our own internal servers. We do not use third-party AI services to process user data. We do not send your user content to external AI providers, and we do not allow any third party to perform AI processing on our behalf unless it is part of our internal infrastructure under our direct control.
AI outputs, where applicable, are generated for your personal app experience only. User content used for temporary processing is deleted after processing is complete. We do not use user data for model training, model optimization, or any form of AI dataset construction.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict certain information associated with your account or device. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, subject to technical and legal limitations.
